The event starts at 9:00 am and finishes at 3:00 pm.

We encourage that you drop your child 30 minutes prior to the event start time, this will allow a smooth check-in process and also will allow the children to build new friendships and get ready for the event.

If you are running late for drop-off, upon your arrival go to the checking station, one of our team members will assist you with the check-in.

If you are running late for pick-up, please call us and advice you are running late and we can let your child know you are on your way. Be assured your child will not be left alone and will be supervised until you get there.

We encourage your child to wear comfortable clothing, your child will be having a very active day and we recommend:

- Hat

- Sleeved Shirt / Jumper, even in summer! Air conditioning rooms may get cold!

- Shorts / Pants. No dresses or skirts are recommended.

- Closed Shoes are a must. No sandals or thongs.

Your child must bring:

- Hat

- Snacks ( No nuts )

- Lunch

- Drink Bottle

Please ensure all your child's belongings are clearly labeled with your child's name.

Our activities feature a dynamic mix of physical and mental challenges, designed to encourage the TWIST values and strategic thinking. Participants collaborate to solve problems, build resilience, and strengthen essential leadership skills.

Yes, at TWIST we have taken every precaution to ensure every child feels safe and included.

Our coaches are trained in Neuro Linguistic Programming, First Aid and they all have a WWCC and have completed the child safe e-learning program.

TWIST Programs are non-refundable. However you must notify in writing to TWSIT by emailing [email protected] prior to DAY 1 of the event starting or by the latest 10 am on the day the event starts. A credit will be given to be used within 12 months to attend any other event.

No credit will be issued for absences after DAY 1.
